Join us Thursday, May 23rd @ 11:30 AM for our lunch meeting panel: “Receivership – A flexible solution for a wide variety of situations.”  Our panelists will provide a general overview of receiverships and discuss (i) the primary statutory path and requirements to initiate a state court receivership in Texas; (ii) the elements regarding the administration of state court receiverships in Texas; and (iii) how state court receiverships can be a flexible tool to address a wide variety of challenges.
